### **DIRECTORY OF SERVICES**

**Air conditioning**
 Each room is equipped with individual air conditioning.

**Baby cot + Baby products**
 Baby cot and baby products are available on request. Please inquire at the reception desk.

**Bar**
 The bar is located next to the reception desk.
 Opening hours: 06:00 – 22:00

**Bathrobe**
 Available at the reception desk.

**Bed linen**
 If you wish to have your bed linen changed, please let us know by placing the green card on the bed.

**Bible**
 Can be found in the drawer of the bedside cabinet.

**Blanket**
 Extra blanket can be found in the wardrobe.

**Breakfast**
 Breakfast is served between 7:00 and 10:00 comprising cold buffet breakfast and fresh hot dishes.
 Room service breakfast can be requested from 7:00 until 11:00

**Car Rental**
 Please inquire at the reception desk.

**Child supervision**
 Please contact the reception desk.

**Coffee machine**

Nespresso coffee machines are available in the rooms. Above the free daily 4 capsules, Guests can purchase extra capsules at the reception, which cost 1 EUR / 2 capsules. Decaf coffee capsules are available upon request.

**Computer support**
 If you need help, please contact the reception desk.

**Concerts, opera, ballet and theatre**
 Please contact the reception desk for a ticket reservation.

**Credit cards**
 The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, EC/MC, AMEX

**Daily cleaning**
 The daily cleaning is done by the houseekeping, daily between 08:30 and 15:30.
 Special requests can be reported at the reception.

**Departure**
 On the day of the departure, please leave your room latest by 11:00.

**Earplugs**
 If you have difficulty sleeping, you can request an earplug at reception desk.

**Electrical adapter**
 International adapter, converter can be requested at the reception desk.

**Electric charger**
 Available at the reception desk.

**Electrical voltage**
 220 V, 50/60 Hz

**Emergency exit**
 In case of an emergency please follow the instructions posted on the inside of your door.

**Flowers**
 To order flowers please call the reception desk, for a vase please call the room service.

**Garage**
 The garage is located behind the building. Day and night service, for a charge.
Please leave car keys at the reception desk.

**Holidays**
 1 January, 15 March, Good Friday, Easter, 1 May, Pentecost, 20 August,
 23 October, 1 November, 25-26 December

**Ice**
 Please ask the bar for ice.

**Internet**
High-speed wireless internet is available for our guests free of charge.

**Ironing service**
 Ironing service is available for a surcharge. The pricelist can be found on the laundry list.
**For fire safety reasons ironing is prohibited in the guest rooms,**however we provide an ironing room if needed.

**Laptop**
 Available at the reception desk.

**Luggage delivery**
 If you need assistance, please contact the reception desk.

**Luggage storage room**
 If you wish to store your luggage in our hotel, our staff will be glad to assist you.

**Mail service**
 Please leave your postcards/letters to be posted with stamps attached at the reception desk. For any other services please turn to reception desk.

**Massage**
 Massage service may be ordered at the reception desk.

**Medical service**
 Should you require medical service, please contact the receptionists.

**Fridge**
 Fridge are refilled each afternoon.

**Museums**
 In Budapest museums are open from 10:00 to 6:00 in general. They are closed on Monday. For more information please contact the reception desk.

**Pets**
 Small pets may be taken into your room for a charge. For further information please contact the reception desk.

 In our hotel different types of pillows are available (cotton, feather, antiallergenic). Please contact the reception.

**Print / Copy / Scan**
 The service is available at the reception desk round the clock.

**Room Safe**
 The use of room safe is free of charge. The user’s manual can be found on the safe’s door.
 The hotel assumes no responsibility for items kept outside the safe located in your room.

**Room service**
 Room service is available between 6:00 and 22:00 at a 20 % surcharge.

**Sauna**
 The sauna is available round the clock and can be used only at your own risk. Please call the reception at least 30 minutes before intended use.

**Sewing kit**
 Can be found in the wardrobe.

**Shoe cleaning**
 Shoe cleaning sponge and shoe spoon can be found in the wardrobe.

**Sightseeing, programmes**
 Our receptionist would be happy to provide you information about sightseeing and program possibilities.

**Slippers**
 Slippers can be found in the wardrobe.

**Table reservation**
 For table reservations, please contact the front desk.

**Taxi**
 Instant or advance bookings can be made at the reception desk, using cabs of contracted partners only.

**Technical failures**
 In case of any technical failure please call the reception desk.

You can find the daily information on our newest generation Philips hotel tv.

**Umbrella**Umbrellas can be requested at the reception.

**Wake-up service**
 The safest way is to request a wake-up call from the reception.

**Washing, cleaning**
 The laundry bag and the price list are in the wardrobe. Clothes are washed/cleaned within 24 hours. For further information about dry-cleaning please contact the reception desk.

### **FIRE PROCEDURES**

Although there are hardly any risks of fire, in order to prevent and report it, we need your help.

- In the event of a fire use the manual alarm and report the location of the fire immediately.
 - Follow the instructions of the personnel and keep calm.
 - Inquire about the position of staircase, emergency exits, and the fire extinguisher.
 - Do not use the elevator to escape.

To prevent fire the following rules are to be kept:

1. Do not use an iron in the room.
 2. Do not smoke in the room.
 3. Do not take inflammable and explosive materials into your room.
 4. Do not leave the television set turned-on without supervision.
